Day 1Arrival Cape Town, South Africa

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport you will be met  by a member from our african sunsets travel team who will drive you  to your hotel. As you drive toward the city, your view  from afar will be Table Mountain, one of the most spiritual  places on earth, with its heart, two oceans and the beautiful  city of Cape Town at its feet. 

Spend your time relaxing and exploring this wonderful city. You have our top recommendations for activities, restaurants and shopping so that you can make the most of your time here. Day 2Table Mountain and City Tour

Guided Table mountain and City Historical Walk

After breakfast we ascend by aerial cableway* to the summit of Table Mountain, an iconic symbol of the city (weather permitting). From atop, view the amazing panoramic views of the waterfront, the majestic Hottentots Mountains, and the gorgeous Cape Peninsula. On a clear day, you can see as far as Robben Island. 

City Tour

Then, an exploration of the rich history and cultural sights of Cape Town on a drive past the impressive Castle of Good Hope, the City Hall, St. George’s Cathedral, a seat of the Anglican Church, the Great Synagogue and Holocaust Center and the lush Company’s Gardens adjacent to the South African Parliament. Situated on the slopes of Signal Hill, we reach the exotic Bo-Kaap quarter, formerly the Cape Malay Quarter, one of the oldest and most fascinating residential areas in the city with its brightly colored homes and winding cobblestone streets that date back to the 18th century. Linger on your own or return to the V&A Waterfront for leisure time.

Day 3Cape Point Tour

About the Experience: The peninsula falls within the Table Mountain National Park which is world-renowned for its incredible biodiversity. The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve spreads out over the rocky headland. It’s a protected nature reserve and home to an array of antelope, the rare Cape mountain zebra and other unique animal species. It’s also a haven for marine birds, with 250 recorded bird species found in the reserve. Cape Point is the very pointy end of the Cape Peninsula. It’s an instantly-recognised landmark and is often mistaken to be the southernmost tip of Africa. There are two national heritage monuments on Cape Point that were built to honor the world’s most famous explorers: Vasco da Gama and Bartolomeu Dias (who was the first European explorer to round Cape Point in 1488).

Penguins of Simon’s Town & Boulders Beach

We will visit Boulders Beach for a visit to see African Penguins in their natural habitat. Next drive through the historical naval village of Simonstown and over yet another spectacular mountain pass; Boyes Drive, where you will take in views of the quaint fishing harbor at Kalk Bay as well as the seaside villages of St James and Muizenberg.

Day 5Fly to Kruger Game Reserve, South Africa

After a scrumptious breakfast you will be collected from the hotel  to Cape Town International Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Hoedspruit Kruger Airport. You get Lunch on arrival, a high tea experience at 3pm and explore and unwind during your 2 night stay at the Lodge.

Your stay includes all  meals and snacks, South African reserve wines and beverages  (excluding French champagne), all coffees, speciality teas, wi fi, laundry service, full mini bar, two game drives daily and bush walks.

Explore and unwind during your 2 night stay at the Lodge. Day 7Victoria Falls Sunset Cruise

09:30m After breakfast, you will depart your lodge and check in for your 11:15am flight. On arrival at Victoria Falls or Livingstone Airport at 13:05pm  you are met by your guide and transferred to your hotel for check in. You get visas on arrival at the airport.

Today Enjoy a Sundowner in the mighty Zambezi River this afternoon at 16h30pm on the Zambezi River until 18h30pm. The Zambezi River dinner cruise is a superb way to relax and enjoy the beauty of the River. You may have the opportunity to see a variety of game; including hippo, crocodile and elephant in their home environment, as well as enjoy the many different bird species! 

Other popular activities include scenic flights over the falls in helicopters or micro lights, bungee jumping off the Victoria Falls Bridge, white-water rafting (seasonal). The town itself offers an eclectic variety of African curios and authentic art sold by friendly Zimbabwean locals who are wonderfully welcoming and eager to help you enjoy your stay.

Day 8Victoria Falls Walk

Day 9Chobe Boat Safari

Today we do a morning walk and breakfast on your return, we drive to Botswana for our Chobe Safaris.

Chobe Sunset Boat Safari: Today after lunch you will go on a Boat Safari in Chobe River , you will be in easily maneuverable boats which are ideal for close encounters with the wild visitors to the river’s edge.

The Lodge  riverside retreat in the heart of the bush on the edge of Chobe National Park, home to the world’s largest remaining population of elephants. Sitting above the Chobe River, the lodge offers unparalleled panoramic views across the islands and floodplains as far across as Namibia.

Day 10Chobe 4x4 and Boat Safaris

Wake up to the sounds of the bush as you explore the bush in a guided 4×4 safari, stop for breakfast and later come for breakfast. You will enjoy lunch before setting off on a boat safari until sunset, and return for dinner.

Along with many species of big game, Chobe National Park boasts the largest concentration of elephants in Africa, and our game drives and boat cruises offer visitors the opportunity to witness this amazing spectacle. We also offer sunset boat cruises, private boat hire, Victoria Falls day trips, fishing, scenic flights, and Namibian Village walks.

The Chobe River forms the northern boundary of the Chobe National Park, renowned for its reliable and diverse game viewing. Safaris are conducted both by boat and on land. This section of the park is best known for its elephant and hippo populations but the waters attract all manner of game including large herds of buffalo and the lions that prey on them.

Day 11Chobe Safari & Departure

Today you have a choice of safari in the morning and breakfast and after that you are collected from your hotel to Victoria Falls.
